Join us for this special workshop!

Do you have memories of growing up in Cambridge? Have you seen the city change over the years, and want to capture the stories of the area’s past? Join History Cambridge for a 3-part series exploring personal and community history – learn about the city’s past, discover resources for conducting local history research, and document your own stories to share. The culmination of these three sessions will be the creation of a “zine” – a digital magazine that will showcase the local history stories participants have shared.

  • January 13: Grounding Ourselves in Cambridge History (Presentation and Discussion with History Cambridge)
  • January 20: Identifying and Cultivating Cambridge Stories (Personal History Reflections and Research Resources)
  • January 27: Sharing Our Memories (What is Your Cambridge Story, and Why Does It Matter?)

Join us for one or all three workshops!

This program is in partnership with the Cambridge Council on Aging.
