History Cambridge is entering a bold new era. As we prepare to sell our long-time headquarters at the Hooper-Lee-Nichols House, we invite you to join us for a tour of this remarkable building.

Built in 1685, 159 Brattle Street is the second-oldest house in Cambridge and has been our home since 1957. While we bid a fond farewell to this physical space, this strategic move allows us to reallocate our resources toward innovative programming that meets Cambridge residents where they are—in every neighborhood across the city.

The building and grounds at 159 Brattle Street are not handicap accessible, and parking is not provided.  Please contact us (info@historycambridge.org) for more information.
